She was making a scene about our son’s allergy cough saying that he was “choking” and shaking her head in disapproval of how we were handling the situation while she had someone in her chair. He is just 4 years old, and her overreacting only made him anxious. It was completely unprofessional. I am not that surprised though because I’ve heard her make rude comments to other people during our visits. We chose to ignore her rude behavior, but honestly it really rubbed us the wrong way.
