After reading the reviews, it’s clear I’m not the only one who’s been treated this way. How has Sephora not done anything about it? Avoid this location — the staff needs serious retraining.

When she returned from her break, I asked her a simple question about which foundation shade matched my skin tone because I truly needed guidance. Instead of assisting me, she responded in a rude and dismissive way, showing no interest in helping at all. Right after answering poorly, she turned her back on me and walked away, leaving me standing there without support. Thankfully, another associate with short hair, who was working at the register, kindly stepped in and provided the professional and attentive service I was expecting. It is unacceptable for a customer to feel ignored and disrespected, especially when seeking help with products that require expertise. Sephora should ensure all employees demonstrate professionalism, patience, and respect, the way the short-haired associate did.
