My daughter has long hair, so I expected it might be a little more once we got there—that wasn’t the issue. When we arrived for our 6:00 appointment, Elizabeth was still working on another client and immediately seemed annoyed that we were there. She then told us it would be $35 for the haircut and $70 for just the blow-dry. It felt like she had double-booked and didn’t want to spend the time doing the full service we scheduled. Overall, the experience was unprofessional and frustrating. Save your money and go to someone who actually enjoys what they do—this clearly wasn’t it.
