I had an excellent experience in this shop Stopped in without an appointment and was seated promptly. Needed a trim badly and the stylist gave me the exact cut I needed. She was pleasant and professional. Very pleased. I will visit again.

Stylist was great haircut and beard trim were great unfortunately the promotions that hair Cuttery emails to its customers are not valid when you go to them for a free beard trim with haircut On 12 February, my appointment was for 15 February but the coupon expired in 2025 so 56 months prior to them sending an email if you keep coupon expired that doesn’t make any sense but I got the haircut and the beard trim unfortunately didn’t work so all the hairstylist and the haircut are great. Your experience is poor.

Brenda is the best, been going to her for over 15 years. I hate having my hair cut but she makes it fun because I can trust her and she has such a great personality. But of course most importantly my hair has never looked better!

By now I have had half a dozen haircuts at the Hair Cuttery. Erika M. is my expert stylist.My very first visit included a consultation where Erika wanted to know what type of hair cut I was looking for.I wanted a short,layered cut with a slightly longer neckline tapered close to the skin. Erika produced a perfect cut,exactly what I was hoping for.She is a real hair artist and truly a nice person. She definitely is an asset to the company.

Bad customer service, called ahead and stated I was on the highway about 15 min away and if they would accept a walk in.. was told yes. Got there and the same lady on the phone was there and told me “ the next walk in is an hour from now, I don’t know why they would have told you to come in”. Waste of time and gas. And she really thought it wasn’t her that talked to me on the phone, her accent is very noticeable, lied to my face.
