  They are very kind and helpful here. Archie is very helpful young man and when it’s available gives sample products.

  This is my go to store for products for my business. The staff is always friendly and helpful. There is a gentleman… I think named Archer that works at this location who has helped me numerous times, but just recently had the patience of a saint with me while helping me resolve an issue with my business account. It was very appreciated.

  I have shopped at this location times over the years and Archie was a great help for me when I was looking for a new product for my hair. I have thinner hair so it is hit or miss when I buy something. He recommended the 18.21 Man-made products so I bought the clay and the body wash, and I have to say it is one of my new favorite products. He is always friendly when I come in and great customer service. He is an asset to this company. Keep up the good work.

  Just had the worst customer service experience ever. No manager in the store to complain to till Monday so I will need to leave this review for now. The system was not pulling up my account and there was 20 minutes to closing... I had just recently puchased from the Port Orange location so I asked the guy if he could call them and get my account # that way. He called they gave him an acct # but it was incorrect. He told us it would be easier for us to just go to the other location. I told him between the gas or the fact that they were closing soon did not make it easier and asked if he could please call the other location again so I could speak to them for a possible solution. Once again the person on the phone was able to locate my account and said they would speak with him on how to be able to finalize our transaction. We ran and got the products we desperately needed and returned to the counter. The guy was (as he had been through most of our time in the store) barely audible and not making eye contact. After handling my exchange he handed me a receipt to sign which I asked if it was for the return or the credit card (my daughter paid with her cc) He didn't respond, I repeated my question trying to figure out if I needed to sign or my daughter, he said "the return" with a dramatic eye roll. I asked " are you ok?" he mumbled '' that's it" with a wave of his hand and said "get out" I asked " what did you say" and he loudly repeated "GET OUT of my face" and headed to the back room, I called out to speak to a manager, no one appeared. I called the other location and spoke to the manager there and was given courteous treatment. I need to speak to this locations manager and depending on the outcome will see if my review rating needs adjusting.
