  Muy buena atención Arletty fue muy amable aconsejándonos a mí y a mi amiga lo único malo fue que hacía mucho calor y tuvimos que esperar que atendiera a otras personas porque hay poco personal para la clientela tan grande que siempre maneja Sephora.

  Excelente atención al cliente, el personal muy amable. Solo sugeriría más personal y mejorar la temperatura en la tienda para una experiencia aún mejor.

  I visited the store on April 3rd and had a very disappointing experience during closing time. The associate assisting me was an older blonde woman, and her behavior felt rude and unprofessional. I came in shortly before closing to complete a return, and instead of being helped politely, I was reprimanded for coming in at that time. I understand it was close to closing, but the way it was handled made me feel unwelcome. I also asked about doing an exchange for a gift card, and she told me it wasn’t possible. When I tried to clarify or suggest an exchange option, she was dismissive and did not seem interested in helping. Overall, the interaction felt unnecessarily harsh and not in line with the kind of customer service I expect. I left feeling frustrated and uncomfortable. I will avoid this store moving forward, and recommend you do the same.

  The customer service here is bad. I went in looking for something that was in stock according to the website and the lady at the store refused to look for it. Had to come in the next day and someone found it in the back. Came in today for a return and the lady at the front desk was passive aggressively throwing the items to the side and making comments like she’s the owner of the corporation. This was the older lady with the curly white hair. As I waited in line she was rude to the other customers before me as well. Very impolite and embarrassing that it happened in such a long line for others to hear. Every single time Ive come in this store the experience is bad and it’s sad because this is a relatively new store. Won’t be coming in here again.
