  I went with my best friend today and the experience was extremely overstimulating and uncomfortable. When we walked in, we were greeted and told about the sales, which was completely normal. About 30 seconds later, another employee approached us and repeated the same information. Less than two minutes after that, we were stopped again and shown products we did not ask to see. I clearly said, “I don’t need help, we’re just looking,” but the interruptions continued. While my friend and I were talking, an employee yelled across the store from multiple aisles away to announce more sales, which made the environment overwhelming. Then the manager came out and tried to sell us even more. She also loudly spoke into her headset right next to us about low conversion and needing to sell, which made it obvious employees were being pressured to repeatedly approach customers. The store felt chaotic and messy, with too many employees on the floor, and it genuinely felt like we were being followed and targeted. Overall, it was not a relaxing or enjoyable shopping experience.

  This Sephora has the NICEST group of people working there. Maria is so kind and has the prettiest hair and Ian is an expert in color matching for a natural look. Their kindness and support made shopping for make up so much less overwhelming

  Absolutely loved NINA from Butler Plaza North location! She was so sweet and knowledgeable and helped me pick the right cosmetics. I was having a really hard time picking colors and shades and she spent a lot of time with me, helping me choose. very patient, very professional. I heard they have a very good manager there. She clearly does a good job since her girls are so well trained. I will definitely be coming back to this store.

  I've had several very bad customer service experiences in this store recently. As someone who has shopped with this brand for 20 years Im frustrated. It's impossible to get help. A couple weeks ago I asked 3 different employees for help with a new brand i had questions with. Two told me no qnd the other said she would be right back but she never came back. I stood there for 10 minutes. The store isn't staffed up. They promise they will be right back but never come back. Mismanaged and unpleasant shopping experience.
