Everything was stocked, clean, and everyone was so helpful. It’s so nice when a Sephora lives up to its own standard and here it 💯 does.

- PAparche agrioJan 1, 20261.0I went with my best friend today and the experience was extremely overstimulating and uncomfortable. When we walked in, we were greeted and told about the sales, which was completely normal. About 30 seconds later, another employee approached us and repeated the same information. Less than two minutes after that, we were stopped again and shown products we did not ask to see. I clearly said, “I don’t need help, we’re just looking,” but the interruptions continued. While my friend and I were talking, an employee yelled across the store from multiple aisles away to announce more sales, which made the environment overwhelming. Then the manager came out and tried to sell us even more. She also loudly spoke into her headset right next to us about low conversion and needing to sell, which made it obvious employees were being pressured to repeatedly approach customers. The store felt chaotic and messy, with too many employees on the floor, and it genuinely felt like we were being followed and targeted. Overall, it was not a relaxing or enjoyable shopping experience.
