  I chose Rowan for my baby’s first ear piercing because of their safety-focused reputation. Unfortunately, the earrings sold to my infant were much longer than standard infant earrings and sat very loosely, creating a snagging concern. I was not informed at the time of purchase that this was an intentionally oversized, temporary post or that my baby would need to wait weeks before switching to a properly fitting size. This was only explained after I contacted customer support. A refund was denied based on policy, despite acknowledging unclear communication. I believe parents should be clearly informed upfront when infant jewelry is intentionally oversized so they can make an informed decision.

  Nurse Becca did an amazing job at making the process as smooth and painless as possible when getting my helix done. She was personable and professional, made you feel at ease. Had a great experience! There was one issue with the system allowing double booking but luckily we were still able to be seen at our scheduled time.

  Liz is AMAZING! I had old ear piercings surgically removed/revised by a plastic surgeon months ago. Today Liz pierced my lobes and took the time to make sure everything was perfect. The whole process was easy and Liz’s attention to detail and calm demeanor was so appreciated. Thank you Liz!!

  I went for the $20 training with Carina and Becca as her supervisor. They were so lovely and eager to get the placement exactly how I wanted. They explained things thoroughly and made me feel wonderfully supported and safe in their hands. There was a baby mishap with my piercing (anatomy and training and all that) but they handled it like pros! Highly recommend for literally anyone who needs and ear piercing ever <33

  If you want to get pierced by not only a medical professional, but a person who shows genuine care with your health and safety, this is the place to go to! (I would 100% recommend asking for Gen if she’s working) I was feeling nervous coming in for my first ever needle piercing (helix and lobes) but Gen did an amazing job in making me feel calm and comfortable. She was thorough with her education, addressed every concern I had, maintained strict hygiene and sterility, and helped me save money by showing me that my lobes didn’t close so I didn’t have to buy the needle for them!
