My brother just got his haircut today and the unskilled, young-looking, red-haired stylist cut his hair completely wrong. He told her he wanted a low to mid-taper, and the fade is wayyy up his head. Not only that, but he said he still wanted some hair length on top, and it's like she didn't even care to listen to him. I have never been to this place and been satisfied with my hair, so for my little brother to feel that way as well now is ridiculous. He can't even be confident in his hair because of the incompetence of the hairstylists at this place. If I could give ZERO stars, I would.

This makes me feel unsafe for not allowing lawful, legally permitted individuals to legally carry their weapon into the salon. This is the type of retail target criminals are looking for. I’m sure the criminals are not going to stop when entering because of the sign. I’m glad it’s a franchise, because I expect to have the same good experience at another franchisee owned salon.

She knows how to cut hair and she has a wonderful personality. I left this morning so happy with my hair. Go see Chris she will make you happy too. 😄 They also had my favorite hair stylist product on sale so I was happy to pick that up as well.
