On 3/25/26 I went to Sephora at galleria mall. I experience horrible customer service. No one greeted me, however they were all just standing around talking amongst themselves. It’s not as though they were assisting other customers because they weren’t. When I finally asked for help a Spanish speaking lady was very rude to me, brushed me off as if I annoyed her by interrupting her conversation with the other saleswoman. “She said if you don’t find it there then it’s out of stock”. She didn’t even check or offered to see if it’s available in other stores or online. So I left quietly and disappointed in the customer service. Sephora At galleria mall needs better customer service.
Rasha was absolutely amazing, she spoke french with my mother who’s english isn’t very good.
And she was very patient and helpful.

I have never been kicked out of a store because they are closing. I walked in and still had a few minutes left before closing time.
The same lady who greeted me at the door with “ we are closing in 5 minutes “ waled up to me and said they were closed not even 2 minutes in. I grabbed my product and walked out immediately.
As I left, the WHOLE crew left with us.
I am aware that that is the time the store closes, but I was not aware that everyone left at that time too.
Glenda is the absolute best! Glenda did my makeup at Sephora for my baby shower, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire appointment. Since I don’t usually wear a lot of makeup, she really took that into consideration when selecting products and techniques for me. She asked detailed questions about what I liked and didn’t like, and at every step checked in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with how everything looked.
Whenever she wanted to try something slightly different, she would show me how it would look on my skin first and help me decide whether it felt right or was outside my comfort zone. She also took the extra time to add all of the products she used on me to my profile, which I really appreciated, as it makes it so easy for me to go back and repurchase the same products. The end result was exactly what I hoped for, natural, polished, and still very “me.” I received so many compliments at my baby shower on how beautiful and natural my makeup looked. I truly felt confident and taken care of, and I would highly recommend Glenda to anyone, she is so talented!!

I am very disappointed and honestly frustrated with my experience at this Sephora location. I purchased a product that was clearly defective, and when I tried to return it, the store refused to accept it, even though I explained the issue and showed the condition of the item.
What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy or willingness to help. Instead of trying to fix the problem or offer a solution, I was dismissed and made to feel like the issue was my fault. That is not how customers should be treated—especially when the product is faulty.
I’ve shopped at Sephora for years, but this experience has really changed how I feel about this location. I hope they improve their customer service, because no one should have to go through this over a defective item
