The first sales associate dismissed my request and instead shared her personal dislike for lip tints. Rather than helping me find what I asked for, she pushed other products I wasn’t interested in. I felt unheard and was ready to walk out disappointed. Thankfully, I was then assisted by Evena, and she completely saved the day. She listened to what I wanted, took me directly to the Fenty Beauty Poutsicle Hydrating Lip Stain, and opened the door to a much better shopping experience. She also answered my questions about skincare and made thoughtful recommendations without being pushy or dismissive.
