I purchased a product that was clearly defective, and when I tried to return it, the store refused to accept it, even though I explained the issue and showed the condition of the item. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy or willingness to help. Instead of trying to fix the problem or offer a solution, I was dismissed and made to feel like the issue was my fault. That is not how customers should be treated—especially when the product is faulty. I’ve shopped at Sephora for years, but this experience has really changed how I feel about this location. I hope they improve their customer service, because no one should have to go through this over a defective item
