  Glenda is the absolute best! Glenda did my makeup at Sephora for my baby shower, and I couldn’t have asked for a better experience. She was incredibly kind, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire appointment. Since I don’t usually wear a lot of makeup, she really took that into consideration when selecting products and techniques for me. She asked detailed questions about what I liked and didn’t like, and at every step checked in to make sure I was comfortable and happy with how everything looked. Whenever she wanted to try something slightly different, she would show me how it would look on my skin first and help me decide whether it felt right or was outside my comfort zone. She also took the extra time to add all of the products she used on me to my profile, which I really appreciated, as it makes it so easy for me to go back and repurchase the same products. The end result was exactly what I hoped for, natural, polished, and still very “me.” I received so many compliments at my baby shower on how beautiful and natural my makeup looked. I truly felt confident and taken care of, and I would highly recommend Glenda to anyone, she is so talented!!

  I am very disappointed and honestly frustrated with my experience at this Sephora location. I purchased a product that was clearly defective, and when I tried to return it, the store refused to accept it, even though I explained the issue and showed the condition of the item. What made the situation worse was the lack of empathy or willingness to help. Instead of trying to fix the problem or offer a solution, I was dismissed and made to feel like the issue was my fault. That is not how customers should be treated—especially when the product is faulty. I’ve shopped at Sephora for years, but this experience has really changed how I feel about this location. I hope they improve their customer service, because no one should have to go through this over a defective item

  Smaller store but they do makeup here. Every time I’ve gotten my makeup done, it came out great and lasted all night.

  I love this location! All the girls here are beyond helpful — they go out of their way to make sure you’re taken care of. Always such a great experience every time I shop here.
