My preteen daughter had a large matted knot in her hair that we were unable to untangle and had started to cut off. The stylist was able to salvage the style with a chic asymmetric bob. She was patient and creative and made my daughter feel unashamed, and gave some good styling advice. It’s a terrific cut.
