  Called asking if they had someone on staff who was very experienced with naturally curly hair. They assured me they did if I could get there in 20 mins. I hustled over there and was serviced by a very nice lady. I stressed to her my hair could not be cut too short because it curls drastically. I also asked for an extra conditioning treatment. After $70 later for a haircut and a very light blow dry, my hair was horrible. I left the salon in tears. Now my hair is soooo short I can't even do a ponytail. If I don't stretch out my hair it looks like I have a helmet on! 😒 .

  made my hair way too short! shorter than the one i should in the reference picture. very upset about this.

  First time going to Leanne. She was recommended to me. She was great! I showed her pictures, she made suggestions, and she cut my hair like just like one of them. She is very professional. We held great conversations. The salon was clean. Her area was clean. She was on time. I would recommend Leanne for sure! Robin S. Bonita Springs

  So I had called to ask how much it would be to have my roots done, I was told 55.00 by a very nice lady and set the appointment for next day, got their a little early and was told by a very snotty lady ,who’s blond hairstyle was from the 80’s and she looked strung out on crack that it would be at least 75.00 cause bleach costs a lot, and she just argued with me and I told them I could just go somewhere else and get it done for 50.00 and she said maybe a school and I said no at a salon in bell tower aveda, and she argued some more I was like whatever maybe that’s why jc pennies is going out of business cause they hire unprofessional people

  Took my daughter for a haircut, she has poker straight hair. They cut it completely crooked. The bottom layer is shorter then the top.... and it’s all one length. If I can post a picture, I will. The stylist was rude about it telling me it would be fine, she did offer for the manager to look at it. He did offer to fix it but he had a nasty attitude. We will cut at least another inch off to fix this, so we walked out. At this point I could not trust them at all. If I can post pictures I will.
