From across the room, while working on another client, she simply said she was overbooked and couldn’t take care of me. Not once did she approach me, if her schedule was overbooked, she should have reviewed it in advance and reached out to reschedule instead of letting me waste my time driving there. What upset me most was the lack of professionalism. Mistakes can happen, but ignoring a client and not even attempting to provide a solution is unacceptable. This experience left me very disappointed, and I would not recommend this location.
