I'm a little upset Just came in 10 minutes ago to have my daughter's haircut and when I signed in they asked me if I wanted her hair styled and blow-dried I specifically said no because we were just going home I don't need her hairstyled. What did the guy do blow dry it styled it and then charged me for it. I specifically told him well I requested for that not to be done because I didn't want to pay for it and he said well I did it for her anyways and then still charged me for it I would like a refund for what I did not want done

I was not happy with the price, but could not leave because my hair was soaking wet. I will never go back. Billy also had a poor attitude. I would never recommend the location or the Stylist Billy.. My hair is not even shoulder length. Blow dry should have been $36.00. (Advertised on website) I was charged $45.00 plus tip. I was more upset that he washed my hair and it was wet before giving me a price.
