I made an appointment online and immediately received a text from the salon that there was something wrong with the system and it should not have let me pick that time. I was asked to reschedule to tomorrow or come later in the day. I opted for later. When I arrived, the salon was empty. I showed the stylist the promotion and she said they don't honor those on weekends. I showed her that it didn't say anything about that and asked if she could try testing it in the system and she simply said I could come back tomorrow. I left and then received an email from hair cutters that I "no showed" my appointment. I will not be returning.
