I was talking to the staff and the manager from behind said we are short staffed we’re not doing the extra services. We are redirecting them to the other location. I don’t remember what location but I said can you at least dry it to the staff and she said she can kind of half dry it I said I don’t wanna look like a wet dog walking out of here lol regardless not going back .Either fix your system and specify services on the site when people check in. Or put a notification and save your short staffed don’t make people wait that long and I come in andyou can’t do what I need.
