  I am writing to share a disappointing experience I recently had with your front desk staff. I have been a member of your studio and have always enjoyed the services provided by the massage therapists, but a recent billing issue has left me feeling unable to trust this establishment. I have paid for five months of membership and have only used four sessions. When I brought this up, the front desk staff member confirmed I had only used four appointments but still insisted I had no remaining credits. Instead of resolving the simple discrepancy, she became dismissive, dropped her laptop, and walked away. A second staff member eventually assisted me and, after 15 minutes of "adjustments," confirmed that I did indeed have one credit remaining. Neither individual offered an apology for the error or the unprofessional treatment I received. They told me I will receive an email with my account balance and cancelation of membership which I have not yet received .This experience has made me concerned about the accuracy of your tracking system and how other members might be affected if they aren't keeping close track of their own payments. I hope you will take this feedback into consideration to improve your customer service and billing transparency.

  Jessica was absolutely exceptional!!! Truly one of the best massages I’ve ever had. From the moment I arrived, she was so warm, sweet, and professional. She has an incredible understanding of the body and knew exactly where I was holding tension without me even having to explain much. Every movement felt intentional, therapeutic, and deeply relaxing. I left feeling completely renewed and so much lighter. I genuinely cannot wait to come back and book with her again!!!!

  I just had one of the best massages I’ve ever experienced with Jessica, and I can’t recommend her enough! From the moment I walked in, she made me feel completely comfortable and at ease. Her professionalism, attention to detail, and genuine care truly set her apart. Jessica has an incredible touch, she knew exactly how to work through tension and target the areas that needed the most attention without me even having to say much. The pressure was perfect, and she checked in just enough to make sure I was comfortable while still allowing me to fully relax. By the end of the session, I felt completely refreshed, lighter, and stress-free. You can tell she is passionate about what she does and takes pride in providing an exceptional experience. If you’re looking for someone who is skilled, attentive, and truly amazing at what she does, Jessica is the one. I will definitely be back!

  Vince was great. I really appreciated his professionalism and attention to the ways I responded to his techniques. I could tell he was adjusting his firmness and strategy to address knots and tension where needed at a level I could tolerate well. I can definitely feel the difference he made for me. The rest of the staff was also very kind and welcoming. They did an excellent job at fostering a friendly, positive, relaxing atmosphere, even for newbies. They also seemed to have good chemistry with each other The space is also very nicely set up - I loved the aesthetic. It's not the most bank account friendly option, but it's a high-quality experience.

  Best massage of my life and better than any 6 star hotel resort spa for a fraction of the price! What an incredible experience and beautiful space here in Flagler Village! Denise was by far the best masseuse I’ve ever had. I scheduled an 80 min deep tissue and she strongly recommended I add on cupping for the issues I was experiencing at the time. It was precisely what I needed! I am sold and will be scheduling every 4 weeks with Denise for maintenance!
