  I stopped by to grab a few things for a trip. I was greeted and was checked on a few times while trying to search for recommendations on my phone for skin products. There was one customer getting checked out at the register so I stood behind them. When it was my turn I got no greeting and her demeanor was not good. Looked angry in the face. A blonde lady with short hair. She asked if I was going to return or exchange anything. I had their basket and their products in it so what exactly would I be returning? Then she moved us to the portable check out set up. For what, when you just finished a transaction on the regular register. So I give her my card to pay and the handheld machine isn’t working after 3 tries and asked me if I had a mother card. I said NO. YOUR device isn’t working, not my card. After some time she figured it out and used the same card and it worked. She went to get my receipt and pretty much rolled it up and handed it to. I’m not sure if this was racial or if she wasn’t having a good day but she wasn’t acting like that with the person ahead of me in line. I won’t be shopping there anymore. Very disappointed. She need to get it together.

  As what most of the reviews state, I nearly left without buying what I intended to because not one sales associate approached me to check in or even welcome me into the store as they stood there talking to each other. As I was going to leave the store, Samantha approached me and was willing to help me with foundation shade samples. I am happy with her service and kindness, but the rest of the employees should provide better customer service.
