They had a issue with there computers, when I tried to purchase what I needed they said I didn't have an account, I re did my account info and it showed that I had an account but because there system had an issue the lady told my I can't purchase anything. I talked to there main office and was told it will take 3 to 4 weeks before the issue was resolved (ridiculous) at the end they would not sell me what I needed, again I will never go back there again. I think that saloncentric should have a better system in place so if something like this happens you don't turn away customers. I went to cosmo prof and was able buy everything I needed.

What is the SalonCentric Return Policy?
Store purchases may be returned to a store with a valid receipt. SalonCentric.com & Salon Business Partner orders with a value of $150 or less can be returned to your local SalonCentric store with your packing slip or invoice, dated within ninety (90) days of the purchase invoice (excluding electrical items and shears).
Electrical items and shears may be requested within sixty (60) days of purchase and will be refunded or exchanged only with original receipt, packing slip, or invoice. Refunds will be processed as a SalonCentric gift card. At this time, SalonCentric.com does not accept gift cards at checkout.
Can anyone shop at SalonCentric?
In order to shop with SalonCentric, you must be a licensed salon professional or cosmetology student and have an account with SalonCentric. If you don't currently shop with SalonCentric, you can apply for an account at any of our store locations or on our website.
