Only negative is the language barrier, as their English is very limited and it was impossible to communicate with them. My back is pretty bruised as I was not able to tell them to ease up on the pressure.

Hadn’t been there in a while but went there yesterday with a friend and was so disappointed- what a waste of money! The workers used zero pressure on our foot massages and just kept doing the same thing over and over again. NO reflexology points were used - i am trained in reflexology i would know! $80 plus tips and we walked out wondering what the heck we just paid for. We could’ve gotten a better foot massage if we had gone to get a pedicure next door, no joke!! These people must be overworked or undertrained, or both! Total rip off. And they don’t change the blankets between clients. I watched people get up and go back - gtoss. They used to give you a foot bath, this time my foot got wiped with a (not warm) towel. Just bad service.
