  I am apart of the VIP membership at The Now and go between Raleigh, NC and Ft. Lauderdale, FL. When in Ft. Lauderdale I see Hugo for my medium to firm massages or deep tissue. He is great, very knowledgeable and explains everything well. Hugo takes care of his clients and makes recommendations for the next visit.

  Start to finish it was a great experience! From booking to check in everyone was informative and made sure to tell me about parking ahead of time. This is so appreciated as going to a new place the parking situation is always something I get nervous about. I also love the cart set up they have at the front you can tell everything was picked intentionally and it’s such a beautiful establishment. The calm/zen feeling starts as soon as you walk in! My massage therapist Daniel was incredible. So kind and professional he listened to what’s been bothering me and gave me a massage focused on those exact concerns. He even offered me tips to help improve my posture to help me alleviate the pain I’ve been feeling due to being at a computer for long hours. I will 100% be going back and highly recommend the Now! I will say do yourself the favor and go for the 80 minute massage, you will want that extra time and it is SO worth it!

  This was my first time here and I had such a great experience from start to finish. The atmosphere was incredibly relaxing, the place smelled amazing, everything was spotless, which is something I always pay close attention to. Also, the whole place was very quiet, which was exactly what I needed for a full hour of silence and relaxation. Marco Polo was excellent. I booked The Now massage (Swedish) and added deep tissue, gliding cupping, and scalp renewal, and every part of it was phenomenal. He was very professional, attentive, and made sure the whole session felt both relaxing and effective. This gem it’s so close to home too, can’t believe Ive never heard of it before until a friend recommended me this place. I left feeling refreshed, completely relaxed, and already looking forward to my appointment next month. I definitely recommend Marco and will absolutely be coming back.

  Karin W. is hands down the best massage therapist I’ve ever had. I actually signed up for the membership solely because of her. She has an incredible ability to do deep tissue work while still making the massage feel relaxing and therapeutic. She always finds knots in places I didn’t even realize were tense and somehow works them out without it ever feeling rushed or overly painful. On top of her skill, she’s also very kind and personable, which makes every session even better. I always leave feeling significantly better than when I walked in. I can’t recommend Karin enough.

  Do not bother getting a membership at the Ft. Lauderdale location. They managed my membership from a different state poorly. This location did not let me transfer credits to my husband because “my membership is not with them.” My home location did their best to accommodate me and this location’s strict rules and ended up just refunding me credits to be able to use for my husband. They also canceled my membership to rejoin here in FL where I live, although I didn’t ask them to do so as I already had a sour taste in my mouth with this location and didn’t think I wanted a membership with them. After all of that was said and done, I STILL had to pay the non-membership price for my husband’s massage. Essentially close to the amount that was refunded. They told me upon check out that since my membership was canceled they can no longer honor the membership price for visitors. When booking these massages, they did not communicate that I would be paying the non-membership price and I feel that was deceptive. I’m very irritated as I feel like I’ve been penalized for things beyond my control. There are no “perks” to having a membership here and I don’t think it’s worth it. Save your money and go to a studio that actually makes sense.
