She promised I would be safe in her hands and I was :) ive been coming back ever since and now ive started bring my little girl who has very long, very curly hair to her as well! She was fantastic with my daughter and gave her exactly what she asked for which is why I love her.

With Elana, I get shampooed, hair cut, dried, and styled in under an hour. It's incredible! And she does such a good job! She's so sweet as well and even though the process is shockingly fast, it never feels like she's rushing either. She's just THAT GOOD! The salon itself is beautiful and spacious, and everyone is so friendly. From the second I walk in the front door, I'm greeted and offered a drink. The wash specialists are so gentle and relaxing. (No water in the face or ears either. Always a bonus!) And booking an appointment is always so easy. I just hop online to my account and I'm booked in under a minute. I observe the other stylists during my services too and everyone is just so nice. They listen to their clients, give suggestions, and everyone walks out looking like a bombshell!
