  My mom and I got short haircuts after having long hair. We had the stylist, Adam. It was so amazing. We enjoyed the atmosphere and the staff was very friendly and considerate. We hope to see YOU there. If you already went……. Go again but, if you haven’t gone………. GO!

  While on vacation in Fort Lauderdale I was looking for a salon for a color correction of my long hair which I had been coloring at home for several years, wanting to go several shades lighter. I went for a consultation with Adam who felt confident that my goal could be achieved. I was honest about the coloring products I’ve used and realistic about the process. On 1/29 I had the appointment and unfortunately Adam completely over processed my hair to the point of severe breakage and absolute destruction. This was an 8 hour marathon to the tune of 840$. I will say that the salon absolutely knew how bad it was because the next day they refunded me the money (after I asked for a resolution) without any question. What I am disappointed about is how they let me leave the salon. Adam did admit that there was breakage and that he did push it too far and we did cut my hair to shoulder length, but I was not shown the extent of the damage . Once I returned home I realized how bad it was - under the shoulder long top layer was just a complete mess of patchy and broken hair. Additionally the color is completely uneven and very noticeably so. It looks literally 1000 times worse than before. Since then I had to cut my hair to a short hairstyle, shorter than chin length and even shorter in the back. I will not attempt to even start correcting the color as my remaining hair is so weak and I need to protect what I still have. There is no way that I can use any styling tool apart from gently blow drying with cold air. The only solution is to grow to it out.
