The virtual check in process is smooth and efficient, and the people on the other end of the line are always personable. The space is always spotless. And Luisa and Jada are both so friendly, knowledgeable, and thoughtful about the treatments they offer and what works best for my skin. They really take their time and help me think more holistically, but I never feel rushed or pressured to do anything I’m not comfortable with unsure about. I do wish they had more flexible weekend or evening hours for those of us who live farther away :) but that hasn’t steered me away yet. It’s absolutely worth the trip, and I don’t trust anyone else.

Luisa was my injector and did an amazing job! She and her assistant were both amazing talking me through the process and making sure I was comfortable. The whole staff is amazing and the results are gorgeous! I won’t go anywhere else but here
