  Ladies arguing in the back room. Lady at the front check in apology abs went back 3 times asking for the person to cut my grandson hair to come up . We needed tissue and I asked if they could get one for us because I didn’t want to walk by the open back door were they were fighting over changing chairs and how many people they lose daily. Lady came out moved to new spot and said she was quitting today. This is very unprofessional and disturbing especially when you are hoping the person going to cut your grandson hair is going to be in the right mind at to cut his hair or upset over the meeting they had and the argument going on. Will not come back to this location again

  Sarah was able to complete a “big boy” haircut on my very active 3yr old grandson, as well as my youngest son who’s 15yrs old. He’s been growing out his shoulder length (for undercut w ponytail) for 3 years!! Thank you, Sarah. Highly recommend Sarah for kids’ cuts. Great job!!

  Very nice young lady that gave me highlights. I wanted very blonde highlights like the end of my hair. I was there almost 5 hours. I had great conversation. The shampoo with scalp massage was amazing!! After she blowdried my hair i look up and was really in schocked at the color. It was medium light ash brown. Not blonde the way i asked for blonde highlights. I told her it was great, i gave her a good tip, bought extra product and left. I got home and really examined my hair and i must say. It was very well done highlights with lowlights. The thing is, was i did not want lowlights. ( I ended up going back to my old hairdresser 2 days later. i left her because i wanted someone to do thehighlights even with no gaps, so when i pulled my hair back it didnt look like they forgot sections. Which my ood hairdresser did one a few occations) Well as for hair cuttery, i must say this was excellent high/low lights. Just not at all what i asked for. I wanted really blonde highlights. A lot of really blonde highlights on the top layer so when i pull my hair back for work you saw all the blonde hair. I got light ash brown. I have let my other stylist know what happened and she fixed it. She knew exactly what i wanted and made sure she would get to the roots all evenly .. and she did. I should habe just told her my issues wirh her to start with) So as for hair cuttery, the stylist did a superb job on everything, except the color. That's why its 4 stars. She really did a beautiul job blending her colors she picked. They just were not the color i wanted. And she styled the hair spot on! Just maybe when someone shows you a color. Try to do just that color. Idk why lowlights were put in my hair at all, because i did not ask for them. I didnt tell her when it was over because she seemed so happy and i was so tired and just ready to go. Lesson learned.

  We were worked in quickly even though we didn’t have an appointment.. but our stylist was rude and inpatient with my 4 year old. Not to mention I had to ask her multiple times to fix things and he still left with an awful cut.
