She was so aggressive with me and pulled my hair so hard and then started to mid appointment complain to me about my hair saying that I should have never even come because they close in an hour and a half. I was SHOCKED. SHE MADE ME SO UNCOMFORTABLE THAT I LEFT MIDPOINT AND DID NOT EVEN GET THE SERVICE. I DID NOT FEEL COMFORTABLE WITH HER TOUCHING MY HAIR. THIS WOMAN NEEDS TO BE FIRED. SHE IS COSTING THE COMPANY MONEY. I WILL NOT BE BACK TO THIS LOCATION UNTIL THIS LADY IS FIRED. SHE DOES NOT MAKE ME FEEL SAFE OR COMFORTABLE.

While inside he coughed and the stylist with thinning dyed red hair ( Suzette or Susan ) told my daughter and wife they had to leave as he was sick. They did as she was quite insistent and despite my Daughter trying to reassure her this was a chronic condition with no recent fevers. I then went inside to ask her why she denied him a haircut due to asthma. She said he was sick despite being told he had no fever and this was chronic. I then asked her what she knew about asthma which was nothing and informed her that I was a M.D. and she was completely out of line by her actions. Begrudgingly she gave me her name. Filed a complaint with corporate Great Clips and will follow up on Monday. She clearly needs to think about a profession in that she has no interactions with humans. As a side note the customer in chair while she was instructing my family to leave left without paying as he said it was the worst haircut he ever had !!!
- KSKayla SmithJan 24, 20261.0I took my two sons to get their haircut and when my son started fussing a little when his brother took his book the woman stylist Suzette or Susan (she wouldn’t write her name down) started giving us dirty looks and staring at us. Then my son who is almost 3 coughed once because he has asthma and she told us we had to leave because he coughed. I explained he wasn’t sick but she kept repeating he coughed which he does when he’s not sick. I get the impression she doesn’t want to deal with kids. Also her demeanor when telling us to leave was rude and abrasive. It was by far the worst customer service I have ever received. Not to mention she gave the guy in front of us the worst haircut I have ever seen it was so bad that she told him he didn’t have to pay so he left.

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
