Previously, he has screamed and been very nervous and agitated to get his haircut. I explained my worries to Paula (our stylist) and she was very understanding. She was so nurturing and great with kids! My son never once cried or screamed and anytime he showed being uneasy she was able to redirect/distract him. She was so loving and patient! Will return to her again and again!
