  This beauty supply store is huge , with many products to choose from and great nails products . But unfortunately the workers there don’t have the best attitude. I’ve been there multiple times in person and it’s always the same issue when checking out. When even trying to attend a class I had to contact the store over three times (one I was disconnected mid call) and at the third call no one answered . Only needed information on how to attend their upcoming class that no one knew how to answer me . Unfortunately with this service I don’t see a lot of clients coming back to them.

  The place is nice, big and a lot of variety of products but unfortunately I had a very disappointing experience at this store. The cashier was extremely unprofessional and rude. Instead of being helpful, they seemed uninterested in assisting customers. Customer service is very important, especially in a cosmetics store where guidance matters. Unfortunately, this experience made me feel unwelcome, and I will think twice before returning. I hope management addresses this issue and provides better training to ensure customers are treated with respect.

  Muy mala atención,llegué en el horario de abrir y estaban limpiando el local,fui paciente y esperé,pero algunas empleadas se molestaron porque yo tenía que pasar por los pasillos en busca de lo que necesitaba,me sentí muy incómoda. En horario de atención al público no se debe limpiar,para que nadie se sienta mal. Es mi opinión. Gracias

  Maravillosa tienda, todo lo que busques para barbería y peluquería ahí lo encuentras, solo productos profesionales, también tienen su propia línea de productos profesionales "Línea45". Los trabajadores atentos y serviciales, la dueña, Tania con mucho conocimiento sobre color y cuidado del cabello, te asesora con lo que necesites saber. Soy estudiante de Celebrity School of Beauty y tuve el placer de asistir a un seminario donde ella compartió sus amplios conocimientos sobre colorimetría y sobre los productos de su marca, que son geniales. Felicidades y prosperidad en su negocio.
