  This past weekend a group of friends and myself spent the day at the spa. The front desk girls were very kind and personally my massage person did a great job. However, if you are looking to relax this is not the place to go. There was very loud construction noises the whole time. It took us over and hour to get food we ordered before our services and once we received the food there was a bug (cooked) on the burger. The staff was friendly the whole time and tried to accommodate but this clearly is a higher up problem. The facilities are not comparable to the prices you pay for services.

  Over priced considering the hotel was having construction going on making the views obstructed and w unfriendly noise for a spa day. hot tub wasn’t working. Not to mention the nightmare parking confusion. Will not be using this resort again.

  Overall very disappointing spa experience. The only amenities were a dry sauna and a wet sauna which had a weird smell. There were only 3 lounge chairs in the waiting room which were comfortable and had a great view but there was only a small jar of stale snacks. We had to go back to the front desk to order champagne or lunch but have to have enough time to order lunch but was not told that. The robe provided was dirty and shoes were uncomfortable. The massage and facial were okay but definitely not the best and over priced. The facility seemed old and outdated and just did not give off a relaxing feel. I was originally assigned a female masseuse at booking but when called back it was a male. Which can be uncomfortable and I was not asked if that was okay. If I was to spend $300+ again it would not be here.

  Wonderful experience here. We did a couples massage. My masseuse was Amy and she was amazing! I told her about a problem spot I was having and she paid special attention to it. It felt so much better after. 💆🏻‍♀️ Just a heads up - on the receipt they don't make it prominent that they automatically include gratuity (20%). (I think they list it as a service fee or something.) They told me over the phone when I made the appointment, but my husband checked out as I was finishing getting dressed and he included his normal gratuity on top of what was automatically included. Not their fault since they told me (and I told him but he didn't remember), but wanted to make it a point to mention it.

  I went and got a prenatal on my babymoon and it went fine. There is a service charge they do not mention and tip has to be added to that. The massage was good, but I wish she focused on the spots I mentioned before hand. Her personality was pretty loud which did not feel relaxing at first. I mentioned I did not really want to talk and that’s all we did the whole time. I can’t really ever get massages so I was waiting months for a relaxing time. I guess I just wanted to pass out on the table with how good it felt, but it just wasn’t that for me. Atmosphere was wonderful though.
