    I had such a great experience at Sephora thanks to Jackie! She was incredibly helpful and made the whole process so easy for me. I came in looking for a specific shade of MAC lip liner and lipstick, and even though Sephora doesn’t carry MAC, she didn’t just leave me stuck, she went above and beyond to find me the exact same shade from other brands. She matched me with a lip liner, lipstick, and gloss that were basically identical! I’m definitely not a makeup expert, but Jackie was so sweet, patient, and friendly that she made me feel completely comfortable. She really knew her stuff, and because of her, my shopping experience was super fast, smooth, and stress free. If you’re ever at Sephora, I highly recommend asking for Jackie, she’s amazing!

    The general vibe in this store is off. I generally don't shop here because I've never felt uglier or made to make feel like an outsider by eployees than when I shop here.

    My grand daughter LOVES Sephora! When we walked in the store today February 6th Kristina helped us. I gave her our grand daughter’s name and she pulled it up on her mini computer. She was able to see what she had purchased, what her favorite colors and products were! Wow was that helpful. She showed us the newest product tarte mystery charm liner and maracuja juicy lip gloss on her recommendation. 🩷Lindsay checked us out and was very polite and friendly. A ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ experience. 💄💝👛💅
