  I had a really great experience thanks to Dove. She helped me pick out something special for my girlfriend and made the whole process easy and actually enjoyable. She was patient, genuine, and really took the time to understand what I was looking for. As someone new to the area, it also meant a lot to me seeing a person of color working there it made me feel more comfortable right away. That kind of connection matters, and Dove carried herself with such confidence and kindness. Overall, she was a huge help and made sure I walked out with something I felt good about. Appreciate you, Dove!

  I recently visited lush and had such a memorable experience Thanks to Kristen. from the moment I walked in, she was warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive without being overwhelming. She took into consideration about my sensitive skin. and also took the time into asking what I was looking for, and really listened, offering thoughtful recommendations and felt personal rather than pushy. she is the best lush worker I have ever met.

  Dove! Dove is on point! He warmly greeted me as I walked in. I walked right to the shampoo bars. He gave me a moment before he asked me, if I had any questions about the bar shampoos. He was very knowledgeable! He was very personable! You can tell he reads his customers very well. The best part was, this was not a long drawn out interaction. It was only his third day! You do not meet many people like that on their third day of work that carry such confidence like Dove does. Rose, Whom I have had the pleasure of learning information from in the past is always so kind and full of information! I love lush in Destin Commons!

  Walked in and was greeted by an employee named Nick, gave a store tour and was very informative about the products. Amazing customer service! Will be back.
