- HRHeather RichardsOct 21, 20255.0Wonderful experience here. We did a couples massage. My masseuse was Amy and she was amazing! I told her about a problem spot I was having and she paid special attention to it. It felt so much better after. 💆🏻♀️ Just a heads up - on the receipt they don't make it prominent that they automatically include gratuity (20%). (I think they list it as a service fee or something.) They told me over the phone when I made the appointment, but my husband checked out as I was finishing getting dressed and he included his normal gratuity on top of what was automatically included. Not their fault since they told me (and I told him but he didn't remember), but wanted to make it a point to mention it.

She listened to my request for focus on my upper back and it really helped! My husband also had a deep tissue massage by her earlier in the week and said it was fantastic which is why he booked me a massage with her. If you need deep tissue or have a specific area that needs worked on, I recommend booking with Janelle!

However, facilities are small, there are only 4 loungers, the only thing to do before/after your service are shower or a saunas (no hot tub, no pool access, no quiet room) and no complimentary champagne, just a snack mix and tea, which was mostly empty. Also the prices are higher than advertised on the website (they add a 20% service charge & say it's not a tip to the person doing your service, but if you ask, they get 18% of it.)
