I scheduled a couples massage an entire month in advance and when we got to the place at our reserved time, they told us that they did not reserve a spot for us. This was supposed to be a special day for me and my girlfriend’s anniversary but it was absolutely ruined. They told us to come later but I already made plans. Horrible customer service. NEVER GO TO THIS PLACE!!!!!
