Kayla was amazing! I received excellent customer service from the moment I stepped inside. My stylist listened to me before we began the shampoo. She combed through my hair we discussed what I was looking for and she explained how she would accomplish the style. The shampoo was amazing! My style turned out perfect! They now have a return customer!

Very disappointed! I had a haircut there about a year and a half ago and was not happy but decided to try them one more time after hearing that they were good. I have wavy hair so to get a bad haircut is not that big of a deal because my curls cover it but this is by far means the worst haircut I've ever had. After sitting in the chair for a few minutes the conversation with the stylus I realized she was the same one that cut my hair in the past. Mind you the first thing I said was I need somebody that is able to do a nice layer cut. She put my hair up in a few different clips trimmed here and there and said I was done , I asked her about my bangs in the front and she had completely forgot she didn't do the front. She chopped my bangs and said if I'm not happy with the cut come back within a week. Well needless to say I will not be letting her touch my hair again. I'm not saying she should be fired but people need to know their limitations if they can't do a haircut then they should just say they can't do it.! Please know that I am not a person that complains and my hair covers people's mistakes and now I'll have to try to have somebody else fix it

Kayla was absolutely out of this world amazing! She took her time to make a plan with me instead of for me. She was amazing during the shampoo and took the time to massage my scalp to ensure cleanliness! She checked in with me every time she made a move and she explained everything clearly! She even recommended products she thought would do well in my hair! I will be back every single time! Thank you!
