  Cut my hair with Max, was very happy with the result. Seemed caring and asked questions along the way to make sure I was happy.

  I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I decided to this time because the highlight looked worse than I expected after checking closely in the mirror. My first appointment at Hair Cuttery was canceled because the stylist was sick, so I came back the next day and was assigned to Max for a partial highlight. He tried to blend my newly grown black roots with my old blonde highlights, but the result turned out to be a completely different color—light brown instead of blonde. The highlight is also uneven, making the color contrast even more noticeable. Now, I have four different shades in my hair: black roots, old blonde highlights, new light brown highlights, and my brown base color. Although I appreciate Max’s effort to fix the issue, I felt his understanding of hair coloring still needs improvement before he can work independently. At the beginning, he even suggested that we skip coloring the black roots because the highlights would “spread” and blend naturally, but I personally believe consistency and uniform color are important for a tidy appearance. That said, Max was polite and had a good attitude throughout the appointment. He just needs more training and hands-on experience.

  I got Terri she was super nice the service was amazing she left me with the haircut I wanted and made sure I was happy with the outcome. Did an amazing job at finding out what I liked and how short I wanted it overall very good service

  I had a terrific experience with Jean today. She is not only skilled, professional, experienced, and knowledgeable, but she is terrific at figuring out what to do. She understood what I needed right away and gave me just the right haircut. I am grateful I found her!
