I wanted to quit coloring my hair but was not looking forward to the long process of growing out my greying hair Terri did a great hair consultation with me before starting. She explained every step of doing a reverse platinum color. Basically, natural grey roots and strains are color matched and processed. Roots that still have natural brown color were not foiled. It is like a reverse highlight ing only grey is main base color now with my remaining brown my highlights. I was amazed at the results. No staging of growing out!! For anyone who is tired of coloring there hair and tired of trying to conceal all the grey, I do recommend. Terri explained the cost upfront, the process along the way, and post managing using purple shampoo weekly. Terri also cut my shoulder length hair and it lays better. Overall, my experience was was good U wanted to shout it out to others hesitant to make the transition. Or not knowing who to trust doing the process. By the way, I was in town for a few weeks. So only reading customer reviews did I hear about Terri's stylist results.
