Didn’t get my hair wet, she just went straight into cutting in big increments. She then went ahead and layered it causing it be very short. Lost probably 6-8 inches of hair when i originally told her 2-3. If you have long hair that’s important, don’t waste your money with these people cause they don’t listen to you.
