I came in to exchange a perfume for the same item at the same price, just a different version, and was told I had to pay more because a 20% discount from the original purchase couldn’t be honored—even though it was an even exchange. On top of that, the employees were rude and unprofessional throughout the interaction. Because of this, I purchased the perfume elsewhere for much cheaper. When I asked to return the original item instead, I was told I could only receive store credit, which I refused. Their poor customer service cost them the entire sale.
