  I visited this salon for the first time on Sunday, March 8th, to take advantage of the $20 wash and blow-dry offer, and my daughter and I left disappointed. They left our hair dirty. The girl who washed my hair only gave us two shampoos—a quick wash, really—and the blow-dry was awful. I wasted my time and money, and I won't be back. If they do a bad job, they'll lose me as a customer.

  I booked a basic blow dry ($30) online with a stylist who lists experience with extensions. I fully expected (and was fine with) an additional long-hair charge due to my extensions. Unfortunately, the blow dry was very uncomfortable. My hair wasn’t rough-dried before round brushing, which caused excessive pulling and pain, and the dryer was held so close to my scalp it felt like it could burn. I was genuinely worried my extensions would be pulled out. When I got home, several extension beads were loose from the pulling (my install was only 8 days old and secure beforehand. My extension stylist is a bit of a drive so I was hoping to find someone closer to home for more regular blowouts). At checkout, I was charged $60 before tip—$45 for a signature blowout plus a $15 long-hair charge—despite booking a basic blow dry. When I later called to ask why the blow dry tier was changed, I was told the service was upgraded due to my hair length and extensions, which is exactly what a long-hair fee is meant to cover. The appointment took 1 hour and 15 minutes and consisted of a standard wash and blow dry with minimal product, so there was no added cost or service provided that would justify multiple upcharges. Being charged both a long-hair fee and an upgraded service for the same reason was off-putting, especially without any explanation prior to payment. Each fee should stand on its own, not overlap for the same justification. I would have been fine with either upcharge, but not both for the same reason. Communication was the biggest issue here. Between the painful service, impact on my extensions, and unexpected charges, I won’t be returning.

  I came in with brittle and cracked hair so bad. I never realized how short it was in the back and Jessica did a phenomenal job. The color is great and it is so soft and it does not look like she even cut anything off but she actually did she made it look fool, and wonderful. I couldn’t blame more please I have never found any Place that works so well and does what you want
