She took her time, Was very professional, and personable about the past incident. She was happy and chatted just enough to make it pleasurable. Hair cut was EXCELLENT, as was the shampoo, fill in color, and blow dry. Greisy is always a pleasure to have as my stylist, and I'm very fond of her. *The manager on duty, Witskerbial, was the one who took my complaint about the previous stylist giving me a bad haircut and experience. She did so much to make things right, since I was a long time customer. I am very happy with this salon, and will continue to use them for me and my family. Thank you so much.

She took her to pick out her cape, made jokes and talked to her the entire time. Her hair looked so cute and my daughter keeps looking at her self, walking with all sass and confidence 😂 I got the stylists card and will absolutely be booking though her for my daughters next cut! Thank you guys soooo much.

- AHAlice HdmDec 22, 20251.0I just wanted an inch straight cut. I told her that I wanted my hair parted in the middle for the cut. After washing my hair at home, I saw how uneven was the cut. In fact, the back of my head had not been trimmed and now I had the sides short and the back very long. For a simple straight cut and no shampoo or styling, I paid $31 plus $5 tip. I don’t recommend this salon—not even good for a simple trimming.
