I waited until after my appt time and when I ask how much longer and where the stylist I choose was she was clearly busy with someone else. I just couldn’t wait for her to be done. There’s a reason why people make appts. Another time, I had made an appt for occasion hairstyles for my daughters and one of the young stylist did not even know how to do this hairstyle and I ended up paying for a style that I could’ve done at my own house and not wasted 1 hour of my time. I’m just disappointed and will probably never come to this location again.
