I had accidentally booked my appt for the 28th and they were able to accommodate me today instead and got me an appt that worked out with my schedule. I thoroughly enjoyed my time speaking with Brooke. She is one of two stylists I have ever had that did my fade the correct way without me having to instruct. Even the clippers and equipment she used was top notch. You can tell she cares about her job and clients. I usually do NOT enjoy my time at hair salons, but I could have sat and talked to Brooke all day. Thank you for the pleasant experience!

I always go to this chain in Melbourne and have never had an issue. I’m visiting from NJ to take care of my brother, who just got a massive surgery to remove cancer from his colon/ liver/ gallbladder and spleen. All I wanted was a relaxing moment by getting my hair washed. This by far was more stress added to the already stressful situation. I come here and 1st the lady who checked me in for my appointment tells me that my hair is too thick and I need to pay more. How do you measure “thick hair” is it a quantifiable equation? Or just a judgement call? Then she starts washing my hair and said, well you have extensions and I didn’t know that. I’m like, I never ever have had an issue in Melbourne, and it’s the same company. She literally asked me if I wanted to get out of the shampoo area if I didn’t want to pay more. Like what kind of customer service is this? I honestly didn’t had an option, as I needed to get back to the hospital and needed to get my hair washed. I will NEVER come back to this location, and honestly suggest that you review how this location represents your company. “

- AAAnnieOct 6, 20251.0The first time I walked in got the butterfly cut it was so cute I had to come back at 4:00pm for highlights I asked how much it would cost she said 30 without blow drying? $65 with it. I got my highlights I asked the NEW girl not to blow dry she insisted to do so anyway my hair was still damp she charged me $65 no blow out she was basically pushing me out the door because another customer of hers came in and I don't think I'll be coming back.
