I understand I was asking for something after the return policy and it would have been a favor. I have been traveling for work and haven’t been home for almost a month. I was fine with the either answer but that is not the reason for this review. The girl on the phone went to go ask the manager. Apparently she forgot to actually put me on hold and I overheard them laughing at my reason for why I wasn’t able to make it into a store to return the products and why I was even calling. You guys are supposed to be a professional, welcoming environment. What is wrong with you? You couldn’t even act like professional on the phone. Treat customers like human beings. Just mean girl behavior. Despicable.
