  I just left this Sephora and had an absolutely awful experience. I was blatantly racially profiled by a store leader or manager (I’m not sure of her exact role) the entire time I was shopping. She followed me around the store, clearly assuming I was stealing, even though I wasn’t. I simply had a large basket because I was shopping for an upcoming trip this weekend. She repeatedly sent multiple employees over to ask if I needed help. While that alone isn’t an issue, it became extremely uncomfortable very quickly. I’m actually a former Sephora employee, so I knew exactly what I was looking for and didn’t need assistance — but they didn’t know that, and that’s fine. What wasn’t fine was the constant hovering and surveillance. While I was trying eyeliners, I looked to my left and she was standing right there, staring at me. Every time I glanced around, she was watching me closely. It felt invasive, uncomfortable, and humiliating. Because of this, I rushed through my shopping and didn’t even purchase everything I originally planned to because I just wanted to leave. When I checked out, the same person was greeting customers. She didn’t say “have a good day” or acknowledge me at all — just seemed relieved once I paid and left. I have never experienced such poor, uncomfortable service at Sephora before. This experience completely ruined my visit, and no customer should ever be made to feel this way.

  Today's service disappointed me greatly, or more precisely, the blonde consultant. She was very pushy and wanted us to pay quickly, even though the store wasn't closing yet and there were many other people in the store besides us.

  I really loved this particular Sephora store until today. The staff, or more specifically, a blonde girl, kept hinting that it was time for us to leave and asking if we were ready to pay. Honestly, I was planning to buy blush and hair oil, but after that, I immediately left.

  Visited Sephora to redeem an amazing voucher and was blown away by the value. The voucher included $115 worth of samples, which I was able to redeem toward a full-size perfume from the available selection—such a great deal!
