I had a buzz cut about 7-8 months ago and have been growing it out since then; I went in with hair about 4-5 in long and bangs…I asked her to TRIM my bangs so they wouldn’t poke me in the eyes. I also told her that I DO NOT want them to go above my eyebrows. The first cut to my bangs she made was above my eye brows and she continued to hack away at them cutting them shorter and shorter. I now have micro bangs. They come up to the middle of my forehead….i asked her to also shape the back up and she decided to cut an inch of my hair off that I’ve been growing for 7.5 months! Not only that she them shaved the underneath of my hair off to a freaking buzz cut. This is by FAR THE WORST HAIRCUT IVE EVER HAD IN MY WHOLE 26 YEARS OF LIFE. The first picture was before and the other three are after. This is ridiculous there’s no way this lady needs a freaking license to even touch dogs hair. I’ll be coming back tomorrow morning to speak to whoever is in charge and get my money back

So I drive all the way here and the door is locked and they tell me they can’t take anyone else past a certain time so I’m tough out of luck and I gotta come another day

Great Clips salons use Clip Notes®, which keeps track of any previous haircut you received at a Great Clips salon, so any stylist can give you a great haircut. If you would like to request a particular stylist, be sure to say that when you arrive at the salon and finish your check-in. Note that requesting a stylist may increase your estimated wait time.
If I checked in online, do I need to do anything when I arrive at the salon?
Once you arrive, check in at the receptionist desk to let the stylists know you're there. They will finish checking you in at that time.
