She immediately responded in a passive-aggressive tone saying, “her hair is longer than yours, her hair is styled and has curls.” I explained it was just inspiration and even had other photos, but she completely ignored me. She started cutting and literally chopped my hair — using regular scissors instead of thinning shears, making it look super uneven. I asked for a simple trim and walked out missing about 3 inches of hair. My bangs were barely cut, the layers are harsh and choppy, and the whole thing feels rushed and careless. I still can’t believe I tipped her. Kyesha was rude, dismissive, and clearly didn’t care. Definitely not coming back.

I asked to have tapered up faux hawk. The fade or tapered, whatever they want to call it was choppy and not blended well, she cut too much off the top and didn't do the sides short enough. She lined up was not even. I was very dissatisfied but I didn't say anything. Cuz. I didn't want my son's hair chopped up more than what it was already. Not his regular barber but his shop was closed on Monday and need hair cut asap,but next time I know not worth going outside someone we already known . The over all vibe of this place was cold should have been 1st warning .
