  Went here because it was closer than my usual salon on Hillsborough, never going here again. I chose first available and had ALISON cut my hair. I told her "hey, my hair shrinks because its wavy, i just want it to the collar bone with long layers". I told her again that it will shrink. She cut it ABOVE the collar, "4" which i think was too much and it clearly was. My usual will cut BELOW the collar because he KNOWS wavy hair SHRINKS and will sit right AT the collar. Idk how im supposed to put my hair up for work now because its TOO short. i said please make sure it can be put up in a ponytail and she assured me it could. I cant see squat without my glasses. When we were done i saw it was shorter than i asked for. The layers are too short to reach into the hair tie.. idk what im going to do now. I shouldve just driven to Hillsborough another day and seen my regular. Also, this WASNT 30 minutes. I have never been washed and cut so fast in my life, honestly. It was 15 minutes and it shows. The dandruff she kept bringing up to me about is still very visible too, she didnt wash well enough i guess. Im depressed i havent been able to wash in a while. Now i feel terrible and have to wash myself at home. I should have checked the reviews before even booking, i just wanted to get this done and over with, now im screwed up.

  GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! After growing my hair back for 2.5 years post chemo (and I shared this) I was asking to have my long pieces brought up to my shortest piece, using some long layers and blending. I stated I wanted to continue to have a ponytail when I worked out. So... my hair should be in a blended bob hanging almost to my shoulders! BUT NO! I am back to where my hair was, but worse a year and a half ago. There is like no hope - short of shaving it off. As soon as Ralph made the first two chops I knew it was over, I don't know what I didn't stop him - but there was nothing that could have been done at that point. I swear the guy has dementia - and forgot what he was doing, Support this cancer survivor and don't use hair cuttery anywhere in America.

  Schedule an appointment for Ralph to cut my hair. He was the first Available technician. My usual hair stylist was soft, but I needed a haircut. I was greeted and Receive my haircut. But when I left, I could not see the back of my neck line. My wife was in the same shopping center noticed my haircut and said that it was crooked in the back took a picture and showed me. My neck line is crooked and I walk back into the store and ask Ralph to redo the backend. He said he couldn’t do anything. I asked him again told him that my wife took a picture. I saw it and he looked at my neck line and said that that was just the way it is. I guess it’s the way it is and I won’t be coming back and I don’t recommend anybody using this Cuttery ever again.

  I never suggest anyone to go here, the lady was super rude. She messed up my hair and was blaming me for it. Been here several times but this time I did my hair with this lady for first time forgot her name and will never recommend her. She needs to calm down and be polite.
