  recently sing up for a membership at this horrible place called Facial Mania Med Spa located in Coral Gables, be aware they have multiple locations and they are all the same. What I encountered was nothing short of a SCAM. It was nothing like the high-quality service that was promised. All because they call me to confirm my appointment and I requested to be change and the person on the phone went BALLISTIC. When I attempted to voice my concerns, the representative was dismissive and did not allow me to speak. My request to talk to a manager was brushed off, making me feel ignored and unheard. The misleading promotions, poor service quality, hidden fees, and lack of customer care was a horrible experience. I would not recommend this spa to anyone. As a returning client, I was shocked to discover that I was charged a fee simply for changing my appointment, especially considering my loyalty as a customer. My experience at Facial Mania Med Spa was disappointing and felt like a SCAM from start to finish. With misleading promotions, poor service quality, hidden fees, unfair charges for changes, and unsatisfactory customer care, I cannot recommend this spa to anyone. This lack of professionalism is unacceptable.
