  Worst customer service! I will never go back to this store again! The lady there was screaming at customers. I walked out after I saw her yelling.

  Terrible experience earlier today at this store. Store rep Gabriela extremely rude. Box of hand creams we’re displayed stacked on a table when i proceeded to grab one she was super rude and scolded me LOUDLY not to touch. Mean while, other customers had handfuls of items on hand. Extremely confusing experience. She did not acknowledge my presence walking into the store however the moment my husband walked in minutes later he was warmly greated by her. Her eyes kept wandering towards me and she was heavily fixated by the thought of me possibly stealing something. $4k designer bag in hand, trust me i won’t be stealing a $40 lotion. I will continue buying online, instead of ever stepping foot in this store again. Again i presume her name was Gabriela based on the receipt i was provided.

With temperatures soaring under a heat advisory, we called from the comfort of our air-conditioned car, determined to be intentional about our next steps! Gabriela answered the phone with warmth and hospitality, guiding us seamlessly to the golden-toned, well-stocked temporary space— such a relief given the South Florida swelter. My stop that day wasn’t planned—it was a priority reshuffle born out of desperation. There was just no way I could continue my day slathered in oil-based body cosmetics. It’s the height of South Florida’s dreaded HOTTEST season: hurricane season. The deadly combination of heat, humidity, and airborne dust, pollen and sand had left my skin barrier gasping for relief. What followed felt like a luxury drive-up rescue. I arrived completely sun-fried, frustrated, and in critical need of skincare that could perform immediately. Enter: **Katy and Gabriela**—a dynamic duo who genuinely cared. Rather than pushing products or upselling, they actively listened. They empathized—sharing their own experiences with South Florida’s unforgiving elements—and then swiftly tailored a routine just for me. Katy curated a lineup that struck the perfect balance between tried-and-true L’Occitane classics I already luv, newly launched innovations I’d seen online and been curious about, and my urgent desire to get GLOWING again—fast. This visit gave me everything I hoped for—and more. Because of Katy and Gabriela’s thoughtful care my loyalty has been secured. They didn’t just meet a need—they exceeded my every expectation! Thank you both for making this experience so worth the detour. I’ll be back—again and again!
