  Very busy! I like going into place where they have time for you. They were nice and answered my questions. I was able to find what I wanted and left. I am not from around there and it is just so overpopulated.

  This is the emptiest Sephora I’ve been in and somehow they have the rudest employees. I’ve been there three times and ALWAYS get the same treatment. You don’t get that typical friendly, welcoming vibe you find at a regular Sephora. The staff are simply so unfriendly and careless. There was only one young woman who was kind enough to say goodbye as I was leaving; I made a mistake by not asking her name, as she is the only employee who actually does her job properly. As for the rest of the staff side from ignoring you they spend their time chatting amongst themselves, and to top it all off, they look at you as if you were some kind of bug. What an awful experience. I will NEVER come back here.

  I visited this Sephora location with my younger sister and a small group of her friends for her birthday. They are respectful teenagers, and we were simply there to shop — which we did. Unfortunately, our interaction with an employee named LILLIAN! felt unwelcoming. She made a few unnecessary and somewhat sarcastic comments that made us uncomfortable. I also noticed that she repeatedly looked at the teenagers in a judgmental way throughout our visit. While they may not have paid much attention, both my sister and I found it noticeable and uncomfortable, especially since they were not doing anything wrong. Teenagers express themselves in different ways, including how they dress, and that should not affect how they are treated. Everyone deserves to feel welcome regardless of their appearance. I’m sharing this feedback in hopes of a more respectful and inclusive experience for future customers.
