  I had a great experience today at Hair Cuttery in Coconut Creek. Stacey was fantastic, she took time to find out what I was there for she did a great job cutting my thin hair. She has a fantastic personality, and I would highly recommend her

  I was recommended to see Jamie from a friend. She was amazing. Looked at pictures i had of hair colors and highlights, suggested colors for me and turned my hair into an amazing color! I couldn't have asked for a better person to make me look elegant for my son's wedding in a few weeks. Thank you so very much Jamie!! ❤️

  Genila was amazing! My daughter has very thick, curly hair, and she handled it with so much care and expertise. The clarifying treatment made such a difference. Genila took her time and even went beyond the scheduled appointment to make sure everything was just right.

  If you’re looking for professionalism, skill, or even basic courtesy—this salon is not it. The manager, who presents herself with a laid-back “hippie” vibe, is shockingly unprofessional. She openly gossips about clients and even her own boss to other customers, which immediately makes you wonder what she says about you the moment you leave. It creates an uncomfortable, untrustworthy atmosphere that no one should have to deal with while simply trying to get their hair done. As for talent—there’s very little to speak of. Custom cuts or styles? Forget it. You’ll get the same generic cut regardless of what you ask for, and even that is poorly executed. Basic skills like blow-drying seem to be a struggle. During one visit, she was so distracted chatting with another client that she actually scratched me with a brush and burned me with the hair dryer. Completely unacceptable. The issues don’t stop there. One stylist (the red-haired one) managed to turn what should have been a standard color into something resembling a gothic black dye job—nowhere near what was requested. Another stylist, who comes across as passive-aggressive, has a habit of suddenly being “unavailable” with no notice if she doesn’t feel like taking your appointment. It’s unreliable and disrespectful. It honestly feels like the staff barely passed hairdressing school, given the lack of technique and attention to detail. To make matters worse, the prices are high—completely unjustified for the level of service you receive. The only bright spot was Mara, who was talented, professional, and actually knew what she was doing—but unfortunately, she’s no longer there😢 Save yourself the frustration, time, and money. Go elsewhere!!!
