However, every time I go to the store located inside Kohl's on Hilsboro at 441, I always receive very poor service. The people who work there are very rude and completely unwilling to help. I leave without buying anything because of the terrible service.

Their customer service is horrible. I wanted my refund to go towards my new purchase instead she put in on back in my card. They need to pay attention to customer and talk less.
