If I can see it why didn't he? One eyebrow is way more arched than the other, I'm going to have to fix myself at home for him. We asked for a clean up with a slight arch, not half of his eyebrows missing. The haircut also doesn't look right even tho we provided 1 ref pic and 2 of my son with his usual cut...3 pics later this doesn't look right at all. I'm very disappointed, didn't tip because all of it is a crappy mess. I also had to trim and buzz several pieces of hair Douglas left uneven and not blended. He also did not offer my son a towel or anything to wipe all the hairs off his face and neck from the haircut and wax. Really? You don't have customers leaving covered in hair all over their face...on top of me having to fix several issues after paying money I shouldn't have to fix anything. His haircut is not only nothing like the three pictures, but is way too short, uneven in the middle sticking out longer than the sides looking a mess. I wish I could upload pictures to this review for reference. It's supposed to be a high and tight with a fade, long enough to comb over or spike. This is way too short to comb over at all, and again, uneven with multiple pieces missed, not blended. I don't see how someone who supposed to be a salon professional could make so many mistakes in one visit. We have been a HC customer for a decade or more, not after this. We'll go to the salon in Cocoa Village or anywhere else but PSJ HC. I guess you get what you pay for. Horrible experience overall with both services, wish I could get a refund...but I guess lesson learned.

She does well with waxes and washings, as I’ve had a few done through her as well. She ensures comfort while also getting the job done looking just right. She is not your average hair stylists and it shows.
